Eric R. Dix - MBA, Six Sigma Master Black Belt


With 25 years of experience in U.S. and International Operations, leading overall Technology Development to General Manager and Member of the Board of Directors, Eric has acquired an in-depth operational knowledge of how to engage professional staff and adapt the most powerful, cutting edge methods to exceptionally challenging goals.

Product & Process Development Successes

Utilizing advanced Time-to-Market techniques and strategies Eric has lead the effort to deliver over 35 new products to market with sales in excess of $1 Billion. He has continuously refined these powerful strategic approaches, both utilizing them in Consulting engagements and delivering specialized courses.

Advanced Methods Expertise

Dix is an expert in Design of Experiments, Statistical Process Control, Reliability Engineering and Six Sigma Methods. He is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt having completed training at Motorola University and advanced training in Design For Six Sigma.

Expert Instructor

In addition to leading the strategic efforts at the senior management and technology levels, Eric spent extensive energy over a 20 year period enhancing the professional capabilities of staff in his organizations around the world.  He personally adapted advanced curricula and delivered training in advanced methodologies to literally hundreds of Ph Ds, scientists, clinicians, engineers, technicians, quality professionals, operators and managers in North America, UK, Europe and Taiwan.

Education

Eric received his MBA from Santa Clara University with undergraduate studies in Chemical Engineering & Chemistry. He holds 5 U.S. patents in advanced energy technologies.
