Consulting Associates / Instructors
Innovation Associates is searching for experienced Six Sigma Healthcare professionals, consultants and instructors with expertise in the application of Six Sigma methods to Healthcare operations. These high profile positions require strong relationship-building skills through which you will partner with leadership to identify and implement project plans. You will have expertise in analytical and quantitative problem solving methods utilized in the DMAIC format.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Functioning as a Six Sigma Black Belt and facilitating Green Belt Training
- Participation in Course Curriculum development
- Identifying each potential project's financial impact and savings
- Working across operational functions to facilitate project completion
- Creating and managing project schedules and meeting milestones
Experience
A bachelor's degree or higher is required as well as strong project management and business process improvement expertise. You must have at least Six Sigma Green Belt training and experience, Black Belt or Master Black Belt qualifications preferred. Minitab or comparable statistical software expertise is a plus. A healthcare background is preferred but overall Six Sigma expertise and experience is strongly considered.
Personal Skills
An entreprenuerial and innovative thinking orientation is highly desired as we are transposing high technology, Six Sigma applications and tools into the Healthcare world. Energetic, positive, "can do" attitude will greatly help facilitate this implementation.
