Eric founded Innovation Associates in 2005 after leading advanced technology and operations functions for the previous 25 years in the areas of Research and Development, Product Engineering, Equipment Engineering, Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Quality and Operations Systems Development.
During this period he led the new technology commercialization and manufacturing efforts at the CTO, General Management and Board of Director levels for over 35 products with revenue in excess of $1 Billion.
Eric has personally adapted advanced engineering methods and economics curricula for advanced battery technologies and delivered training to hundreds of Ph Ds, scientists, engineers, technicians, quality professionals, operators and senior managers in North America, UK, Europe and Taiwan.
Receiving his MBA from Santa Clara University, with undergraduate studies in Chemical Engineering and Chemistry at Iowa State and University of Northern Iowa respectively, Eric completed his Six Sigma Black Belt at Motorola University followed by advanced courses in Design For Six Sigma. He also holds 5 U.S. patents in Advanced Battery technologies.
